She makes sure schedules, billing, insurance, and all the small but important details are handled so that clinicians can focus entirely on their clients. Officially, she is our Office Manager and Biller, but she is also the go-to person for questions, reminders, and any moment that sparks a “Wait, who do I ask about this?” She manages every task with warmth, humor, and a level of care that keeps the practice running smoothly and makes clients feel supported even before they step into a session.
