Monique Fowler, LMSW
Meet Monique, an energetic and authentic therapist who meets clients where they are. With over a decade of experience as a Social Worker, supporting children, families, and adults in settings including corrections and program supervision, Monique brings both expertise and heart to her practice.
Her approach embraces your whole self: mind, body, emotions, and spirit. Grounded in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and enriched with humanistic, somatic, art, dance, and solution-focused techniques, Monique tailors her work to each client’s needs. She also integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, coaching, and strength-based strategies to provide actionable tools for authentic growth.
Monique specializes in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, loneliness, body image struggles, identity questions, and challenges faced by LGBTQ+ clients. She provides a non-judgmental, empathetic, and safe space where healing is a dynamic, collaborative journey toward resilience, clarity, and self-expression.
Fun and freedom are at the heart of her sessions. No two sessions are alike, and clients can expect moments of creativity, movement, and exploration. She believes in accountability with heart, offering guidance and practical tools to reinforce progress. Monique’s mission is simple: to help you feel seen, supported, and hopeful, even when life feels heavy, and to make the journey toward wellness both meaningful and engaging.
