Natasha Nelson, MS, CPDE
Meet Natasha Nelson, aka Supernova Momma. She’s a disability advocate and Certified Positive Discipline Educator who equips neurodivergent families with real-world tools, not theory. Through workshops and 1:1 coaching, Natasha helps clients understand their neurodivergence, apply it to daily life, and reduce the friction inside the family system.
As a Certified NAMI Family Support Group Facilitator and Certified HOPE Facilitator, she supports parents in navigating communication, behavior, and emotional regulation with clarity and compassion. Natasha brings lived experience as a neurodivergent mother of two autistic Black girls, plus the insight of a highly decorated veteran.
Featured in the documentary Navigating Autism in Communities of Color and recognized nationally for her leadership, Natasha is committed to creating communities where neurodivergent families can thrive, not just survive.
If you’re ready for strategies that work in real life, she’s your person.
