Hey, You Need Therapy (HYNT) is a virtual therapy practice for adults who are high-functioning on the outside but carrying a lot on the inside. We work with clients navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, identity shifts, complex relationships, and the deep exhaustion that comes from always having to hold it together.

We’re not here to fix you. We’re here to make space for the real you, the one who’s tired of performing, ready to unpack old patterns, and wants a place to land that actually feels safe.
