H.Y.N.T. is a group practice based in North Georgia. We currently support adults (ages 16+) navigating identity, anxiety, trauma, depression, and major life transitions. We’re growing, and we’re looking for the right therapist to help us build something meaningful together.

We’re looking for a clinician (APC, MFT-A, LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) who is:
Legally authorized to provide telehealth services in Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina.
Passionate about working with adults, with the option to serve teens or young adults 16+ if it aligns with your interests and skills
Comfortable with tech tools, including EHRs, video platforms, and Google Workspace
Consistent with documentation and confident in maintaining personal and professional boundaries
Grounded in identity-affirming, trauma-informed, and client-centered care
Eager to grow clinically, whether you’re working toward full licensure or expanding your specialty; we offer consultation and can help connect you with board-approved supervision that meets licensure requirements

We Believe In Being Upfront
Being part of HYNT means more than providing excellent therapy. It means you're open to networking, outreach, and learning how to grow your caseload.
As a 1099 clinician, you'll have the opportunity to help grow your own caseload while contributing to the growth of our practice. We provide support, guidance, and marketing resources, but we're looking for clinicians who are willing to introduce themselves to the community, build referral relationships, and be active partners in growing their practice.

Full scheduling flexibility, you choose your hours, days, and client load

Consultation is available to support licensure requirements and professional development, and we’ll assist in sourcing clinical supervision if needed.

Compensation Structure
At Hey, You Need Therapy, compensation is based on licensure status:Master’s Level and Associate Licensed Clinicians:
The standard split is 60/40, of the session fee, with clinicians receiving 60% of the session fee. At the 6-month mark, your split steps up to 65/35, based on successfully building a full caseload and maintaining consistent client retention.Compensation starts at a 65/35 split (clinician receives 65%). Upon reaching a 6-month milestone and successfully maintaining a full caseload, the compensation structure increases to a 70/30 split.
The rate structure is determined collaboratively based on experience, client load, and payor type.
